Easy Run

Fast walk & did drills b4hand. Seismoids under left big toe and the middle of the ball of both feet not bothering me so much compared to yesterday. Legs (and body) felt heavy and fatigued. Ran shirtless. When I started out this felt much slower vs. yesterday over the first mile (although no wind blasting in my face), ran over/around South Pk parking lot, came out and then ran up Sharon to Earth Fare & a lap around (felt really sluggish to where I eased up & consigned myself to 9 min pace), mile 3 was down Sharon to Ferncliff and down to the end (this was all downhill and really felt terrible as if every step was a struggle). Then ran back up Ferncliff and decided to run back up Sharon doing an "out and back". When I swung up Sharon for the climb focused on my form & using more of my butt and quick cadence and felt so much better & stronger going up the hill. Mile 5 carried me up last 1/2 of the hill up Sharon then a reverse lap around Earth Fare. When I hit mile 6 (going down Sharon past Morrison) I felt like my pace began to lag compared to the prior two miles (I was completely wrong), ran around the South Pk parking lot and then across Sharon and over to Whole Foods, and then after fetching my water bottle ran down to Phillips Pl. Amazed how "cooler" it felt today vs. yesterday (same temp but much lower dew pt), but was still sweating like crazy at the end (shorts 3/4 soaked).
