Appetite came back today so I'm passed the bout of food sickness.
Wish I can say the same for the left quad pain. Its significantly less compared to what I felt on Saturday, but I can feel a low deep dull ache at times along left femor (mid/lower shaft). Will attempt to walk for 30 min tomorrow to see what happens. Will then attempt to run for 30 min on Thu.
