Fast Walk

Easy

Fast walking. Tested left thigh/quad to see how things felt after taking 5 days rest on a fast walk. Mile 2 was mostly on concrete/asphalt (rest on dirt or grass). Leg felt ok, no pain in quad area. Did feel stress on both calves (probably a function of the flats I was wearing). No pain post effort so decided to jog after this.
