3 x Strides running down Fairview in front of Allen Tate
+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 15x running butt kicks + 9x high knees
Ran these in the rain into a slight cooling breeze. All 3 of these were very fluid, in rhythm, not forced & not running "hard". Felt really great on these - form & cadence all in step. Accurate splits below:
