Easy Run

Lifted (did 2 days worth in one day), fast walked and did drills prior. Legs felt a little sore fr yesterday's workout. Started out and felt ok (have zero conception of pace as this felt like 8:25 pace but legs were probably tired fr workout yesterday). Ran down Sharon, over to Sulkirk, down Park South, right on Park and up Old Reid (that was mile 3). Felt better on mile 4 (down Park South and left on Fairview to Park). Then felt more fatigued on mile 5 (up Fairview past Barclay Downs and then a loop around the corporate park back to Piedmont Row). Was really sweating at this point & stopped for a second to do some drills and get my form back into balance. Then ran up Fairview to Whole Foods and down to Phillips Pl.
