Easy Cool-Down Jog

Legs felt like toast but at least feet did not hurt badly (hurt a little which is a good sign because in prior workouts feel hurt "more" than a little). Just jogged this out working on quick cadence. Even though it was cooler than usual out had to go shirtless as the sleeveless shirt I wore during prior workout was drenched.
