Easy Run

Used this run to complete an errand & I felt terrible (this felt like 9:20 pace & thankfully it was cool & dry as I did not overheat although was sweating like crazy). Started a Whole Foods & ran down Fairview & right on Sharon over to Earth Fare before they closed (mi 1 - legs felt tired & sore), looped around parking lot right on Sharon left on Colony right into Harris Teeter looped parking lot 2x (mi 2 - this felt painful as I was really struggling & tried my best to maintain form & rhythm), ran another loop of Harris Teeter then up & out left on Colony right on Sharon to Red Fox Trail looped back on Sharon & right into Inspire parking lot (mi 3 - actually felt stronger in this mi vs prior mi yet my pace deteriorated, legs felt springier, no idea why), looped around Inspire up & over to Borders back to Inspire right to Firebirds left on Sharon to far entrance to Inspire left to end of lot (mi 4 - no rhyme or reason but this felt like mi 3 yet significantly faster, same rhythm?), looped around parking lot & then retrieved my shirt near Earth Fare (mi 4 to 4.5). Ran back to Whole Foods along Sharon (mi 4.5 to 5.3 - within 1/4 mi felt "rubbery legged", weaker & tried to focus on cadence & form).
