Easy Run

Legs felt sore & tired & body felt tired. First time running 3x straight in 2 weeks. Started fr Allen Tate down Fairview left on Sharon right on Rutherford (mi 1 - did not feel good, a shade below "terrible", felt slow, sluggish & focused exclusively on cadence, form & not losing rhythm), down Rutherford left on Sulkirk right on Sharon past Y left into Elementary School left on Coldsgate (mi 2 - this felt worse than mi 1, kept thinking if I felt this terrible in a net downhill mile how bad it would feel coming back, felt labored & legs felt tired, again, just focused on short strides & cadence), looped up & around back parking lot, then another loop, then to 200m track in back running 1000m (mi 3 - I tend to run fast running loops because I can zone out, form felt good), ran another 3 laps around track then up & out to parking lot looped around right on Coldsgate left up Sharon past Cottilion (mi 4 - felt real stress running uphill on Sharon past Y to where I could feel it in my core, tried to focus on cadence & trying to get thru it & not give in to stopping), continued up Sharon then down past hotel to Harpers (mi 5 - maintained rhythm but felt real stress again on the uphill portion). Stopped to stretch & was sweating like crazy. Then ran the final 3/10 of a mile back to Allen Tate (did not feel strong).
