3 x Strides on Harris Y Trail
Ran faster but these did not feel fast (felt like I was in 3.5 gear, was not gliding but these did not feel slow or an "effort") plus I ran these on a very wet dirt (starting to get muddy) track. All efforts were "U" curves in terms of speed. Lengthened strides to about 100 yards. Accurate splits:
