Michigan Set ( Broken 5k & LT Tempo intervals, ~3 min walk rest in between)
4:3645 miles, 28:50.2 min of running = 6:36 mi pace. Felt strong. Could have gone faster in the opening 1 mile. Everything else felt good and had a lot left for the hard 1/4 mile. Foot hurt a little. Concentrated on not overpronating too much on right foot (can feel that foot is weak fr the sprain).
