Easy Run

What a difference a chiropractic adjustment makes - worked on getting my psoas to fire properly & my pelvis/hip was slightly out of alignment - had adjustment on Thur & felt so much better. I still have the right hamstring/HHT issue but it seems "stable" or "taut" vs. feeling "un-stable" or like a "rubber band". When I warmed up I could feel the difference as when I did running butt kicks the pain was like a 1 vs. a 7-8 on Wed. I felt about the same running today vs. Wed (on Wed I was running 9:30 pace?) but it felt "easier" - started fr church on Sharon & ran down Sharon right on Rutherford left on Sulkirk looped back on Sharon to church (mi 1 - I could feel my right hamstring/HHT, less pain/discomfort vs Wed but still enough to get me concerned), looped in church & then right on Sharon to Fairview into mall parking lot (mi 2 - pain in hamstring/HHT subsided significantly, the cooler temps helped), ran loops in mall parking lot & then out on Sharon & left (mi 3 - not sure why this was much faster other than it was well lit, felt the same as mi 2), ran down to Walgrens & looped back up Sharon, looped around Wells Fargo & then into mall parking lot & stopped as I was losing rhythm & wanted to be super conservative w/hamstring (mi 4 - I definitely felt myself slowing down, more so as I lost rhythm & have not run past 1.5 mi in over 8 days). Did dynamic hamstring stretches, running butt kicks (hurt so much less than prior 3 wks) & high knees, then resumed for final mile around mall parking lot & then right on Sharon past Fairview left on Ashley Ct to Whole Foods (mi 5 - felt so much better & stronger on this last mi vs prior 3-4 wks, this did not feel faster but it was and a good sign).
