Easy Run

Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Felt some discomfort in right hamstring/HHT prior when rolling (rethinking not doing fast walkingon off days). Got psoas firing prior & could feel the difference when doing drills (running butt kicks) prior since there was significantly less discomfort vs. last Wed or prior. Started out at HarrisY & ran loops around parking lot & then a lap of the dirt trail (mi 1 - legs felt heavier vs. Fri & this felt slower but it was actually much faster, felt discomfort in right hamstring which was different vs. Fri in that hamstring felt stable but felt "stress" which 1/2 mi in was disconcerting), ran another 1/3 mi on dirt trail & then out to parking lot for loops (mi 2 - the discomfort/stress ebbed to where I didn't really feel it anymore which was a good sign), ran out of parking lot & across street to Elementary School & then out to back & laps around the 220 yd track (mi 3 - just like Fri I felt much better in mi 3 but began to feel discomfort each time turned right on the track), did one more lap & then out of school up Sharon a bit & 180 degree turn back & then into back entrance of Harris trail (mi 4 - just like Fri I felt like I was slowing down compared to the prior 3 mi & I was but not as bad as Fri), rather than stopped & continued on and actually began to feel better -- over the first 1/2 mi of mile 4 felt more relaxed & could feel hip extension "extending".
