Easy Run
Rained & poured rain in the evening so delayed this run until rain passed (footing was very wet). I could sense the humidity was much higher & it really began to impact me at about 2.7 mi in as I could feel myself getting uncomfortably hot, losing form & feeling weak (the fall off fr mi 4 thru 4.5 was dramatic - I just felt so much slower & it took a lot more effort). Ran this all in the Phillips Pl parking lot doing loops around The Palm (mi 1) & the lower lot (remainder). Felt "sluggish" fr the start & the first two miles felt like > 9 min pace (amazed it was not). Sweating profusely & completely soaked in sweat at the end.
