4 x Strides running down Ashley (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Tried to focus much more on form vs speed (quick cadence, effortless acceleration/gliding, torqueing body & using my core). Ran the first three running down Ashley Pl & executed plan, then on #4 ran down sidewalk along Fairview in front of Allen Tate & "stumbled" around on this effort (felt "forced", no gliding). Accurate splits below:
