Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy in Phillips Pl and ran continuous loops in the Hotel/Pecan/small lot/Palm & up/back PF Changs lot. I ran this straight thru 5.85 mi (felt terrible during mi 2 & 3 and then began to feel much better after). What blows my mind is how slow I ran mi 4 and 5 since it felt exactly the same as mil 3 and I was actually feeling better then???
