Easy Run
Felt like my legs could not get out of 2nd gear - felt heavy & felt tired & have no idea why. This was then capped off by someone in a car in the lot adjacent to Post Park who was in a car, doing drugs, yelling at me & then eventually in mi 4 becoming so agitated that he got out of his car screaming & threatening me & ran after me for 50 yards (in Phillips Pl!). Started at Hotel ran to other side & then did 3 x [looping 2x small lot out & looped RH back in entrance] thru 2.25 miles, then did loops of out entrance/back in exit & 2+x loops of small lot thru 4.6 mi (not sure why I slowed so badly in mi 4), and then ran on other side by Pecan to finish out.
