Notes
30 deg & windy (North wind 13mph)
Easy Run
Fast walked & did drills b4hand. This was an "easy effort" as I planned to run hill sprints, and thus run at an easy/steady clip. This felt "easier" vs. the prior two days & sweated less (did not take any Tylenol over past 24 hrs & perhaps that is why, cold/sinus/throat still receding). Over the first mile realized that I have to replace these shoes as they are very worn and felt almost no cushioning. Ran down Sharon to Sulkirk & then turned into a fierce headwind where it felt 20 degrees (had no feel), then ran down Park South (into wind), right on Park (into fierce headwind), then up Old Reid where I felt good (tail wind) & it seemed every direction was in the wind which made things really bad (every time running north it was brutal).
