4 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie Blvd (fr where Morrison ends)
Wanted to get the minimum # in esp given how worn these shoes feel & how much of an impact these hill sprints have on the body/feet. The pace on these align exactly to how I felt. On #1 it was my first hill sprint in a abt 3-4 weeks so this was work in progress. #2 felt awful (think I overstrided). And then #3 and #4 felt much better where I felt like I was "gliding" up the hill (quick cadence, high knees, nothing forced). Felt so good on these that I was thinking of doing #5 but let good enough alone. Did 4 x 50 yds toe offs. Post run noticed my seismoids not hurting as much as in the past when I did hill work so they appear to be very slowly healing. Accurate splits below:
