5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley (+5x drills)
At times it felt like legs were either stuck in molasses or could not get out of 3rd gear (& there was nothing I could do to coax them to move faster & tried everything). On #1 I literally felt like I was in slow motion, on #2 it did feel like I went faster, #3 and #5 felt the best in that I actually could feel my legs turning over. I think Garmin had an issue on #4 since that looks like an anomaly & that felt faster. Legs felt "flat" during the recovery & felt no "spring". Also did 5 x drills (14x running butt kicks + 8x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). (possibly) accurate splits below (my pace recorded by RA are laughable):
