5 x Hill Sprints - Cameron Valley
Felt "rust" on #1 as it felt like form was way off, #2 felt much crisper, #3 lost form again & realized I was overstriding. So on both #4 and #5 totally focused on cutting down stride length & footplants directly below -- both of these felt "awkward" to some degree (more "compact) but also felt much slower vs. 1-3 but I was so much more efficient as evidenced by the strong improvement in pace. I could feel the heat/humidity sapping my strength as this went along. Accurate splits below:
