6 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley
Decided to change the scenery & run hill sprints up Cameron Valley. Also did not do running butt kicks & high knees in between but did dynamic hamstring stretches & 50 yds of toe offs. Felt "stale" on #1 as if I could not get out of 3rd gear, then made some bio mechanical adjustments & was able to quickly progress on #2 and especially on #3. After #3 decided to ratchet back on speed and focus on form (shorter quicker strides, high knees) vs. raw speed. Accurate splits below:
