Easy Run
Fast walked & did drills prior. Relatively very humid. Started fr Whole Foods and felt completely opposite vs. yesterday -- nothing was easy. Ran down to BOA & looped back on Sharon past Ashley (mi 1), looped into church parking lot & back out on Sharon & right on Sulkirk (mi 2 - felt "rough", things felt so easy yesterday but not today, could feel the humidity taking a toll), ran down Sulkirk right on Park South to hill looking down on Fairview (mi 3 - this actually felt best in this mille & can't understand how I slowed compared to prior miles?), ran down/up to Fairview, headed left & then looped back & then up Fairview to Ruth Chris & looped back & around to Panera (mi 4 - towards the end of mi 4 began to entirely lose rhythm, felt that "deeper ache in right hamstring"), ran up to BOA & stopped at 4.4 mi as I had completely lost rhythm & was feeling hot. Walked around for 2-3 min & then ran up Fairview & down Coltsgate to start hill sprints.
