5 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie (at Morrison) + 4 x Toe Offs

Did not "push" these or attempt to run these as hard as in the past because fearful of impact on feet. Feet seem to be slowly healing again whereas 4-6 weeks ago things were regressing. These felt "mechanical" and I had a ton of speed I was not tapping into. #1 felt like my muscles were rusted whereas on #2 thru #4 felt more fluid. The splits above are worthless and way off (could not get this fr Garmin connect) -- splits off watch:
