3 x strides on HarrisY grass field + 3 x drills (50 yds toe offs + butt kicks & high knees)
I feel much more "stable", can "torque" & under control when I run these strides. Did not try to run too hard because again it was so oppressive hot that I did not want this to take too much out of me. My shorts were completely soaked. Felt stronger bio-mechanically. Actual splits below.
