Easy Run
Had PT (treatment) yesterday. My leg muscles felt like "over stretched rubber bands" (did not feel strong at all). Actually shocked because it felt like I ran this 30 sec/mi slower for ea mi - I felt weak many times during this run? Ran all in Phillips Pl - ran up by The Palm (mi 1 - this felt so slow, felt like I was running in wet sand, felt like 9:30 pace), ran down to cinema side & looped around cinema out up Sharon & back (mi 2 - felt better but muscles still felt "overstretched), ran the next 3 miles doing loops of the cinema parking lot & amazing what the splits were vs how I felt (mi 3 felt the slowest & it felt like I was running in wet sand, mi 4 felt the fastest & it felt like I was gaining strength, and mi 5 felt slower vs mi 4 since it felt like I was getting weaker!). Stopped for 2 min & then resumed for final segment.
