6 x Strides (+ 6x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Ran the first 3 down Ashley, #4 down Fairview in front of Allen Tate, & #5 & #6 down Phillips Pl Court. I got bizarre readings on Ashley Pl (9 min pace for strides!) but these felt strong, then ran same effort on #4 & got a clean result, felt good on #5 & forgot to hit Start/Split on #6.
