3 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field + 3x Drills
Felt strong/powerful and controlled the pace on these. On #1 and #2 was "guarded" at points as it was dark and afraid of potholes in the grass. Felt I had more bounce in my step. Pressed for time. Also did 3x (19x butt kicks + 9x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). These splits are very accurate here.
