Fast Workout
Goal: 3 x 1/4mi @6:55 pace; 6 x 300m @6:35 pace. 250% recovery.
Actual: 3 x 1/4mi@6:51 pace; 8 x 300m@6:27 pace.
Still have the issue where the first interval I feel really winded -- but then recover decently. Negative split everything. Also jogged during recovery and felt comfortable (whereas before today on any interval workout I felt that jogging during the recovery made more more tired for the workout efforts -- so fitness is increasing comprehensively).
