Easy Run
Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Slowly regaining strength & flexibility - my pace has improved ~20/25 sec/mi fr the low point & still needs to improve another ~20/25 sec/mi to get to where I was pre-injury. Started at the Hotel & ran down to other side in entrance looped small lot 2x then looped RH back in entrance & looped small lot 2x, then repeated latter 3x (thru mi 3: my HR was no different vs my easy runs on Mon & Tue yet I was running faster, 20-25 sec/mi faster, I felt more efficient running, stronger but with less effort which probably explains the low HR, felt like I was bounding more & springier), ran out exit (into wind) looped back in entrance in small lot 2x loops then out exit & back in entrance & into cinema lot for 1x+ figure 8 loops (mi 4 - felt better, felt stronger & purposely picked up pace), ran 5+ figure 8 loops of cinema lot (mi 5 - was purposely picking up pace more so fr mi 4 but trying to stay within myself), finished up with w/1 more loop (mi 5 - 5.2 - finally a split under 9 min).
