Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy & at times focused on controlling my pace to get into an easy rhythm (although my HR was much higher than expected). Started at Orchard St & ran into back neighborhood & did 8.5 loops around McBride/Hawthorn (mi 1-3 - got into a nice & very easy groove), finished loop then out on Brookdale left on Rt 22 looped gas station looped Otis/Tompkins out on Rt 22 then reverse loop of Otis/Tompkins (mi 4 - felt easy, this involved climb up the hill), looped around gas station then regular loops of Otis/Tompkins looped gas station right on Bond left on Harleem looped back and left Rt 22 down hill looped around CVS up Rt 22 right on Fisher to RR bridge (mi 5 - began to feel better but focused on controlling pace), walked under RR bridge, ran out on Fisher to parkway & looped back hung right into lower train station lot & then back & left on Fisher again to parkway looping back hung right into lower train station lot & ran a figure 8 loop of lower half & began zig/zag loop up (mi 6 - focused on rhythm & controlling pace), up lot to top of lower half & back zig/zagging back to ramp, walked over train tracks then stretched & did drills, ran back down Bond right on Rt 22 left on Brookdale right on Cloverdale & back (mi 6 - 6.85).
