5 x Strides on HarrisY grass field + Drills

First time running strides in almost 9 weeks! Did 2 x drills (18x running butt kicks + side stretches + 12x high knees) & 50 yds of toe offs in between each stride. As opposed to anytime prior where I had not run strides for a 4+ week stretch (or here over two months) I did not feel like I was busting rust. Ran these based upon the splits I was seeing and moderated accordingly (so #1 showed up at 5:12, #2 at 4:59, #3 at 4:44, #4 at 4:55)! Somewhere in the middle of #1 my bio-mechanics "kicked in" to where I was using my glutes to run (literally 1/2 thru it it was like a light went off and my stride changed). Felt much more powerful and actually felt some low level pain in right Adductor. So on #2 ran this using my glutes and felt really powerful and under control. #3 I kind went too far w/my "new form" and then reigned it in on #4 and #5. Did not feel any pain after my form "evolved". Accurate splits:
