Easy Run [7:55 pace p mi adj for heat].
84 deg / 35% H [54 DP]. Did not look at watch but I felt slow, felt like I was dragging, felt fatigued in legs, purposely ran this under control, and this felt like I was going 8:45 pace! Whats worse is that it was hot. The major hill I ran up (Park South fr Fairview up to Selkirk) I purposely slowed (cut my stride and increased my cadence) and the smaller hills felt uncomfortable (along Selkirk). Mile 4 felt better than the prior miles. Really difficult to figure things out.
