Easy Run
After treating my quad for the past 40 hours it made a huge difference as I ran w/out pain. My legs felt better, springy, in rhythm and even though I felt tired & HR was too high I actually progressed this run - even though it did not feel that way. Started at Hotel & ran to other side then looped small lot 2x+ looped RH in entrance & did this 3x (thru mi 2: felt solid for the first 1+ miles & then began to feel tired at around 1.75 mi & felt like I was going much slower but was not), out & around & into cinema lot for 3.5x zig/zag loops (mi 3 - was in rhythm but really felt tired & this felt slower yet ran it faster), continued w/a zig/zag back to the top & then 4.5x figure 8 loops of cinema lot out & right (mi 4) and then back to Orvis.
