4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
This was very uneven as I was fine tuning & adjusting my form to get into a stronger bio-mechanical position sprinting up the hill. I could also feel the "heat" somewhat getting to me. #1 did not feel strong, then made an adjustment to cut stiride length & footfall more along center line on #2 - #2 felt just like #1 but significantly faster. I repeated what I did for #2 for #3. And than "lost it" on #4 as I'm not sure what happened. Accurate splits below:
