Fast Walk
Goals was to fast walk 2.5 miles and then run 5 x four to five minute segments comprising 22 minutes. Started this and could feel more tightness in left Adductor (not a great sign). After I was done with this, switched shoes and walked over to HarrisY field to begin run. On the first stride I could feel more pain/tightness vs. two prior days and shut things down after 30 seconds. Very disappointing.
