4 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie Blvd (+4x drills)

Its hard to make sense out of any of these splits. The split on my watch was showing I was going 30-40 seconds faster p mi so I was using that to fine tune my effort/speed. #2 and #4 felt like the quickest efforts & they were. Not sure if I'm overstriding these, not biomechanically efficient or what? Also did 4 x 15x running butt kicks (I can now hit my heel in my butt), 7x high knees, 50 yds toe offs + dynamic hamstring stretching. Accurate splits below:
