Easy Run
Another run where I start out extremely slow and get stronger/faster throughout -- here I felt no difference between any of the miles. In fact mi 3 & 4 felt the fastest & felt like I slowed down in mi 5 & mi 6. What is worse is that I stopped after 6 miles, stretched, & then began to run the final 1k & felt pain in my upper right medial leg/glute area/ high hamstring, immediately began to "hobble" & had to stop immediately. Can't fathom how slowly I started given everything felt the same .Ran all of this in/around Phillips Pl - ran in/around The Palm side (mi 1) ran down to opposite side looping around cinema out/up to Fairview (mi 2), then ran continuous loops of cinema parking lot over next four miles (mi 3 & mi 4 felt strong, then felt like my pace fell off in mi 5 & mi 6 even though I got stronger!). Did not feel any discomfort in upper medial right leg during this?
