(unimaginable)Very Easy Run
The very large kidney stone is apparently still in me as ~45 min I started to get pain in my lower left back to where I had retake a FloMax to ensure I could relax & possiblity pass this. Did not experience extreme nausea or cold sweets or extreme pain. So decided to run but that combined w/the extreme heat outside (82 deg at midnight) & running into a guy who appeared to try to be breaking into apartment property (2x) & then finding/relaying the info to security guard - resulted in numerous stops. The heat adj was 25 sec so the only respectable split was the final 1.3 mi. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. The kidney stone pain felt like someone punched me in the lower back, and then at times I could feel the pain descending lower - interestingly over the final 1.3 mi I did not feel it as much.
