Injury Recover Run
Very Easy Jog
Fast walked 1 mi prior + did drills. The first mi was a "fast walk/jog" combination. Stopped at 1.3 mi at ATM and jogged the final 1.2mi straight. Felt pangs of pain & tightness in Adductors which at times which at times I almost stopped for fear that this was going to be a bigger injury.
