Injury Recovery Run
Easy
Lifted, fast walked 1.2mi & did drills. Started at HarrisY trail. Felt good over the first 150m & then felt terrible (form felt bad/labored, felt really slow, felt like I was running in cement, this did not feel "easy" in any sense) & ran around HarrisY trail including loops around grass field & then onto parking lot (where I began to feel issues in both Adductors) which "scared me" back onto grass field -- extended 1st segment to 1.6 mi (fr 1.2mi on Sat). Then ran a 1.2mi segment 2/3's on the dirt trail (and when I ran off the trail I could feel increased issues in Adductors again). Did some stretching/drills as hamstring was tight -- and then the final 7/10 mi mostly in the parking lot. Really focused on using my glutes which felt awkward at times & made me more fatigued as I tried to keep a quick cadence (this was "easier" on the asphalt vs. the dirt trail). Adductors felt stressed but a tinge less vs. how they felt on Sat. Fortunately no issues w/my calves.
