5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley + 5 x drills
Ran these after I "cooled down" by going to Whole Foods so it took me about 3 to feel "right". Did drills (16x running butt kicks + 11x high knees + 50 yds toe offs) in between. Couldn't feel #1 and #2 felt like I was going backwards and couldn't accelerate to speed. Starting on #3 I was able to accelerate faster and hold the speed and progressing #3 thru #5. Will need to do these weekly now to build great strength.
