5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley + 5x Drills
Ran these up Cameron Valley. Did drills (14x butt kicks + 8x high knees + 50 yds toe offs) in between. Did not sprint these hard -- tried to find that "fine line" between a sold effort -- not too fast, not too slow. Felt like I was gliding on all except for #2 (#2 felt like I ran in quicksand & not sure why -- overstrided it?)? Had a lot left in the bank to go faster - merely focused on short strides, glide up and accelerating throughout. Accurate splits below:
