Very Easy Run
Totally exhausted after flying up yesterday fr Charlotte (missed flight in morning due to hour+ line in airport & where plane boarded early as I got to gate 10 min prior to departure, then booked on next flight 4 hours later that was delayed for an hour!). Felt like my muscles had no torque or crispness. Started on Orchard St bridge & ran into back neighborhood (into the stiff cold headwind) and because of the wind decided to run loops of Benedict/Thompson/McBride/Hawthorne to avoid running any prolonged time into the wind running 12 loops thru to 4 miles (felt tired at first but gradually got into a good rhythm, also HR was low & stayed low which differs vs every run over the past 3 weeks in Charlotte & did not feel like my HR was racing), looped back on Benedict left on Hawthorne left on McBride & right on Thompson towards pedestrian bridge to Elementary School (walked over) & then ran a loop in the school lot & out on Orchard (mi 4 - 4.55).
