5 x Hill Sprints + 50m toe offs
Ran the first 4 sprints up Carnegie on the near side or Piedmont Row side & #5 up the parking lot fr Tommy Tailer to Walgreens. Did not try to go to fast & focused on turnover & feeling speedy & strong. Had five "false starts" when I began the spring & then the watch would not register the split & these actually take something out of you. All four up Carnegie felt the same. Accurate splits below:
#1: 6:02 pace/mi;
#2: 6:18 pace/mi;
#3: 6:30 pace/mi;
#4: 5:48 pace/mi;
#5: 6:37 pace/mi.
