Very Easy Run (double today)

Ran double today & felt really tired, stiff & sore after this morning's workout. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl & what is amazing are the splits as they show exactly how I felt - stiff & tired to start (right hamstring really hurt to start & was concerned I would not make it 200m), actually felt better running the 1st mi vs prior doubles but pace was abysmally slow, ran down to lower portion of Phillips Pl looping small parking lot 3x then ran up Fairview looping around & into entrance (mi 2 - felt better, less stiff, more fluid), ran into small parking lot for 2 loops then out exit looping around & back in entrance back into small lot for 2 loops & then over to cinema lot for two loops (mi 3 - again, felt much more fluid & stronger in mi 3 vs prior doubles yet this felt like the 9:20 pace I run in mi 3 of those runs), then continued another 3+ loops of cinema lot (mi 3 - 3.65 - felt fluid & stronger as I did at end of mi 3 yet now dipping below 9 min pace running "very easy").
