Very Easy Run
Decided to take Mon off as I felt really tied & Achilles felt squishy. Ran this at very easy and the extra day allowed me to feel really strong. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl - ran the first 3 mi looping fr hotel/Palm around PF Changes & then behind hotel looping 3x in small lot (these all felt really easy but I could also feel that it felt much warmer), looped small lot 3x around hotel to Fairview down & into entrance looped 1x of small lot (mi 4 - began to feel horrible & almost sick to my stomach), looped lot 2x then around cinema up & left on Fairview back into entrance looping 3x small lot then out of entrance back in looping small lot 1x (mi 5 - actually had to stop at 4.3 mi as I almost got sick to my stomach, it was the heat & it was literally eating me up, when I resumed I felt much better & cooled down), looped small lot 2x & then into cinema lot looping 9x or 1.8 mi (mi 6 & 7: felt so much better after I cooled down a bit, felt stronger, yet I did not push this & ran where I specifically focused on controlling pace - I can see now I'm getting stronger since prior I would run these "very easy" loops in cinema lot at 9:10/20 pace but now in the high 8's).
