Easy Run
Last time I ran w/these shoes I severely strained my right peroneal tendon & was on crutches for 2 days. Steady rain so I ran underground on the bottom cinema lot (an ~ 2/10 mi running a figure 8 or .22 mi course running a zig/zag). Focus was on getting into an easy rhythm & quick cadence which is difficult when running zig/zags or 210 degree turns followed by 120 degree turns & throw in constantly dodging puddles. Ran 14 zig/zag loops (3.74 miles) and then 4 figure 8 loops (final 8/10 mi). Pushed the final 8/10th of a mile. Then walked above ground as it stopped raining, stretched, and ran the final 9/10th of a mi doing a loop of RH up Fairview left into entrance looped Southern Pecan thru PF Changs & in entrance.
