Felt rested and felt swift despite this being fourth straight day of running where my legs have felt fatigued (hard to figure out why I felt so rested even though I was not). On all of these I was going at 80% and actually focused on controlling my pace & not redlining it - focusing on quick cadence & strong form. Accurate splits below:
