4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley Pkwy on Post Pk side + 50m toes offs
Given the injury to my left Adductor, which was ok for the first run but then I could feel tightness on the prior jog, I started very conservatively so as not to injure. After #1, felt better and had more confidence that I could run faster & not injure anything. Accurate splits below.
