Slow cool down run - foot started to hurt a little, but not unlike it hurt last week where the pain was low level. But then that was the right foot. Somehow the left foot flared to where 1/2 later it hurt more, and then after the short 15 min drive back I took a step and I could feel it really hurting, and 2-3 hours later it really really hurt (to where I'm limping, it hurts when I raise my left foot, all of the unfortunate symptoms of when the right foot was injured and forced to stop)
